Switching from Industry to ERP Implementation (as domain expert)

I have about 7 years of domain experience in the Chemicals industry (logistics, supply chain, maintenace, product mgmt, sales). However, I want to switch to a better known ERP/ Supply chain solutions company as I realise that its necessary to have implemntation experience of a known solution like Oracle, SAP, i2 etc. However, my lack of experience of such solution is the very thing that is proving to a big Hurdle. I find that inspite of having all the right skills,I cant move on. What do I do now?
