Salary, Work culture, pressure, skillsets and requirement

Hi, I am interested in moving to a financial domain. Could anybody kindly throw some light on such companies like goldman sachs, morgan stanley, fidelity, techspan(I am just aware of these).. from the point of veiw of work culture, presure, pay, desired skill sets etc... Would be indeed grateful, Thanks Ali
