| Now a days when, job market is very hot, how one backed with 10-15 years of experiecne in one industry, can work out options for a better career in other industries? |

Some work areas like, production, finance, purchase, planning, HR, Marketing etc more or less functions similarly irrespective of the Industry. A person, for example experienced in handling purchasing in engineering industry can be considered an expert in his field. What chances he has to get chosen in a FMCG industry in a similar role? What are chances of his success or vice versa? Would it be a better choice?,
